Blueprints for Enterprise - helping Third Sector organisations get ready for commercial life.

This interactive toolkit is for you if you are looking to set up a social enterprise. Sections include:

The toolkit has been developed with funding from London Councils in order to support Third Sector organisations. The aim of the online tool is to help guide those who are more used to operating in the third sector through some of the demands that commercial life is likely to make; demands such as developing an asset base, analysing your competitive position, auditing and utilisation of resources and more.

The toolkit is based on the experience of Training for Life - a charity and social enterprise that operates an innovative asset-based model of social enterprise meaning that it acquires physical assets and regenerates them to deliver charitable and social enterprise activities as well as using the asset base to raise finance or provide financial security.
